• planning, organising and supervising the carriage of maritime containers by road
• managing the fleet and drivers
• dealing with subcontractors on a daily basis
• working in an operational system (Speed)
• cooperating with carriers, controlling and monitoring
• reporting to the superior
• cooperation with the commercial and financial departments

• a minimum of secondary education
• experience in the forwarding or transport industry, preferably with driving
• commitment and willingness to learn
• computer skills, including MS Office
• networking skills, communication skills, responsibility and reliability
• good organisation of working time
• ability to analyse situations and act under time pressure

• knowledge of the container transport industry
• knowledge of the English language
