What will your job involve?

Verification of suppliers and contractors

Handling documentation and records

Contact with the customer and verification of statements/settlements

Overseeing the system and importing documentation

Responsibility for organizing meetings

Cooperation with the operations and sales departments

Registering incoming and outgoing mail

Archiving documentation
